1. Digital Covenant

By accessing Yogic Soul, you agree to these terms. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Yogic Soul Wellness Inc.

2. Health and Physical Disclaimer

2.1. Voluntary Participation: Yoga and breathwork involve physical exertion. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury.

2.2. Not Medical Advice: Our content, including AI insights and instructor guidance, is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician before starting any new exercise program.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your billing cycle ends to avoid charges for the following period. We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4. Community Conduct (The Sangha Rule)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit content within our community circles and live sessions. Violation of these standards will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.

5. Master-Student Relationship

Instructors ("Masters") are independent contractors. While Yogic Soul vets credentials, we are not responsible for the specific advice or techniques provided by individual instructors. Any disputes arising from private sessions are between the Master and the Seeker.

6. Intellectual Property

All video content, audio, and branding are the exclusive property of Yogic Soul. Recording or redistributing our Masterclasses is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.
